About us
We specialise in pre-owned seasonal designer goods. We have been trading on eBay for a number of years, and pride ourselves on our fast dispatch, positive feedback and customer service.
Cleaning
Any machine washable items will have been washed prior to dispatch. Please note, any dry cleaning or leather cleaning specialist items will not have been cleaned by us, and will have only been wiped clean on the surface.
Condition
We aim to describe our items to the best of our abilities; any visible wear, marks or damage will be noted in the description. Please note that these are used clothes, and may have altered slightly from their original shape.

Postage
All items are dispatched next day (Monday-Friday) on all orders made before 10pm, using myHermes. This is a three-day courier service. Should you need your item urgently, please enquire via phone or messaging via eBay.
Refunds
Any returned items will be refunded within 48 hours of receipt of items.
Returns
Any 'change of mind' items are returnable within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are received in the same condition as they were sent (return postage to be paid by buyer).
Any 'items not as described' can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any items found to be defective or 'not as described', will be refunded in full. Return postage to be paid by us, the seller. Any items returned using this method, found not to be faulty, or as described, will be contested via eBay, and we will seek to have our postage costs refunded.
