PAYMENT:

PayPal is the only form of payment accepted. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major credit/debit cards.

FREIGHT:

Please message us the following information after checkout when purchasing an item that requires freight. Full address and include whether it is a residential or business location. Company name and name of contact.

UPS/USPS: For regular shipping USPS/UPS we offer a two day handling time. 

RETURNS:

We offer a  30-day standard return policy on our Ebay orders.

If you choose to return an item, you can arrange for this within 30 days of receiving it. Customer must pay for return slip label. Returned products must be in their original, unopened package and must still be in new and unused condition. Once the item has been received and inspected your return will be processed.

In the unfortunate event that you may receive a defective product or an item that was damaged during shipping please email or message us and allow us to help. Depending on the situation we may be able to offer a refund or send a replacement.
