We only accept PayPal on eBay, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal. 
For orders placed and paid for in full before 3pm, these will be despatched the same day by next day courier delivery service to mainland UK between the hours of 8am and 6pm (for in-stock items ONLY other products will specify the delivery time on the relevant product page), depending on the actual weight and / or dimensions of the each product. Please note, by placing your order you agree that all items include the first delivery attempt free of charge. Should you not be able to accept the delivery during the all day delivery slot, there may be re-delivery charges passed on from our carrier of £35 plus vat as larger items are delivered on a pallet. Return/refused deliveries are subject to an catering industry standard 25% restocking fee. We request all drivers where possible to call ahead of delivery to aid this being successful but please be aware this is not guaranteed. We cannot specify a time of arrivial for these deliveries, however, you can specify the courier driver to telephone you an hour before arrival. This MUST be specified at time of order. Non standard delivery requests, such as Pre-9 or Saturday deliveries will be subject to charges. ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS For electrical
Non mainland UK or Scottish highlands and Islands may be subject to charges. Higher charges may apply for specific delivery requests such as, but not limited to, next day delivery, out of hours / weekend delivery, timed delivery and 2 man delivery. Costs stated for deliveries to Europe are basic guidelines.
Higher charges may apply for Islands such as Malta and Cyprus and will be advised after the order is placed where appropriate.
To ensure your delivery arrives trouble free, please take a minute to check the information you provided whilst placing this order.
1) Item Size:
If the product on order is large / bulky and you have confirming that not only will it fit into your premises; but also that you are aware that delivery is kerbside only and you have organised resources to manoeuvre the product into the required location. Don't get caught out, check the dimensions of your access points.
2) Vehicle Access:
You have confirmed that your delivery address is accessible for our lorry.
3) If Plans Change:
Due to the high cost of carriage and handling on larger items, a restocking fee may apply for non-damage related returns, equally, if your plans change and for some reason you are not available for your agreed delivery time, please notify us within 24hrs from the order date to avoid any re-delivery fees. In the unlikely event of transit damage, please notify us within 24 hours and sign the POD as damaged, so that we can ensure a speedy resolution.
Installation advice
For electrical products we always recommend consulting a certified electrician if you are unsure of installing them and the electrical requirements for them. Here are a few things you need to check or the information that might be required by your electrician:
Amperage requirement of your commercial catering appliance
Amperage rating of your circuit Spare circuit capacity
Hardwired catering appliances, circuit breakers and fused plugs Voltage of supply to your property; single phase and three phase power
Returns can only be considered if the goods are undamaged, unused and still in their original packing. Items to be returned must be notified within 7 days of receipt. You have a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) until we receive the item(s) back. Return posting costs will be at your expense.
Warranty Information All of our products come with a 12 months parts warranty. Any defective parts (excluding those listed below) will be replaced free of charge. It is the customers responsibility to get these parts fitted by a qualified engineer. This warranty excludes the following: Lamps, LED Strip Lights, Bulbs and Handles.
