As we are a shop located in Hallam, Victoria, our doors are open for pickups as all items on our eBay store are in stock at our Hallam store.

At Speed Parts we accept PayPal and Bank Deposit in terms of payment options and payment is required within 7 days of purchase. If you have any issues regarding payment, please contact us by phone or by message and we will sort it out as soon as possible.

• If your payment via PayPal is being taken from your bank account as an eCheque, please allow several days for the payment to clear. Payments paid by PayPal balance or credit card are instantaneous.
• We check our bank accounts daily so as soon as your payment has cleared, we will start processing your order. If paying by bank deposit, please ensure you reference your payment with your eBay user ID so we can identify the payment as yours. Failure to correctly reference your payment will delay in our system in identifying your order and therefore delay your shipment.

We ship daily. All payments received by 2pm Mon - Fri will generally be shipped the same day.

• In regards to your shipped item: We use a variety of couriers to get your items to you as fast as possible.
• Tracking information is uploaded to eBay as soon as the item is sent.
• Delivery times will vary depending on your distance from our warehouse which is located in Victoria.
• Expect delivery times of next day for locations close to us, to up to a week for remote areas.
• We also sell this part through other channels, so while we do our best to keep stock quantities on our Ebay listing correct, to avoid any disapointment, please contact us to ensure it is in stock before pressing 'Buy It Now'.
• If no item has been received within 7 days of shipment, please refer to tracking information or contact our customer support team.

• Please provide a telephone number at checkout as this makes it easier to reach you should there be any questions regarding your order or shipping.
• Avoid using P.O. Boxes as our couriers are unable to deliver to them. Using a P.O. Box address will slow down the shipping process as we try to contact you for an alternate address.
• We do ship overseas. Please contact us prior to ordering with your location and we will get back to you with availability and cost.
• As an online business, we work hard to keep our prices low by cutting out the high costs associated with maintaining a retail store and facilities. In order to provide our customers with the very best prices in Australia, all Speed Parts products are available for delivery only. We do not offer a pickup facility.

• Yes, we combine shipping. Please contact us with regards to your specific requirements.
• We will do everything we can to ensure delivery, but can ultimately not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
• Depending on your location, please allow up to 7 working days for your parcel to reach you.
• Please do not hold us responsible for postal delays, we do our best to send most items within 24-hrs of receiving your order & payment.
• Please refer to individual item listing details for further postage information.
• Our Delivery Policy is to have all orders dispatched within 1 - 2 working days of your order & payment being received. Most items are delivered within 1-7 days depending on size and location within Australia.
• In the event that your order will not be sent within these time frames, we will contact you to notify you of the estimated time frame for delivery.
• Please make sure your address you enter at checkout is correct as we send our items to that address and we cannot be held liable or responsible if you made a mistake or your details are incorrect.

On the rare occasion that an item arrives dead on arrival or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

• We must be notified within as soon as possible of you receiving the damaged item.
• Warranties are offered by the product manufacturers and importers, any items that may be in question must be sent back to Speed Parts and then to the manufacturer or importer for an assessment.
• If the item is faulty in operation and approved by the manufacturer it will be returned to the buyer at no extra cost. It is the buyer's responsibility to return the goods to Speed Parts, please contact us for the correct shipping details and return approval.
• For all returned items, the buyer is responsible for all postage costs.

We are very careful sending out goods, but in the off chance of you receiving the wrong item please follow the following guideline.

• If the item has been supplied incorrectly by Speed Parts, then Speed Parts will refund shipping costs of the goods when the original item is returned.
• All items that are approved for return must be received back in the original packaging and not installed, modified or damaged in any way.

• For all returned items, the buyer is responsible for all postage costs.

On the special condition that an item needs to be returned due to a change of mind, please read the following guidelines.

• We must be notified within 7 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return. The item must then be returned within 7 days following this notification.
• All items that are approved for return must be received back in the original packaging and not installed, modified or damaged in any way.
• The item/s are not opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in perfect condition when we receive them back
• That you do not stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. You may be required to wrap the item and attach postage stickers and any labels to the outer packaging you supplied.
• Refunds are for products only, all shipping and handling costs / labour are at the expense of purchaser.
• If the item has sustained damage in transit, or does not return as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required.
• Parts that have been abused, installed, modified, or damaged will not be accepted for a refund.
• Items bought by mistake or qualifying for exchange: the buyer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee may apply with certain items.
• We are not liable for any claim including claims arising from incorrect fitments, product modification, and fault design, the use of the product and any indirect special or consequential damage or injury or person, company or entity.
• The refund amount will also have original freight costs deducted. If the item was sent with free postage, a 20% postage fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.
• Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods refunded or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
