There are no scratches on the glass, just some surface wear and tear on the side grip. The lens works perfectly and produces a sharp and realistic image with a wonderful bokeh effect. 

Included is the sunshade, back cap and a free B+W UV Filter Made In Germany. Will be securely shipped in a lens box
