Henry Clarence Baldridge (November 24, 1868 - June 8, 1947) was an American politician. A Republican, he was the 14th Governor of Idaho, from 1927 until 1931.
The letter is generally in good condition, however, there is some "wrinkling of the paper" and there is some wear and browning due to age. It has two creases across the middle where it was originally folded when mailed. Some wear around the edges and other small dings.
