Up for sale is an approximately 8" x 10 1/2" 1-page typed and signed letter from Surgeon General William Stewart to Senator Thomas Dodd (CT). 

The photo shows contents of letter but feel free to email any questions regarding content if hard to read. 

The letter and signature are in good condition.   It has some wear and browning due to age.  Some wear and tear around the edges.  Two creases from left to right from where letter was originally folded.   A staple in the upper left corner.
