Old French violin by SARASATE MAITRE, great condition for its age,  A table with a nice medium grain and a two-piece back with a nice glossy french varnish all over. Though there is a name which was engraved on this nice violin which is sad being such a nice violin.  The writing being not too deep,is repairable if seen by a luthier. ( needing varnish touch-ups ) This violin is ready to play with a full setup . Please take the time to carefully look at pictures to make your own opinion of the violin, I have tried my best to show all aspects of the violin. I have inspected the violin the best I can and notified any visible defaults in the description as honestly as possible.
