In case your package arrived damaged
Shipping damage is covered by insurance which is included in the shipping charge. Inspect the product upon delivery. Contact seller immediately if the item arrived with shipping damage.
How we process returns
An unboxing video will be made when we receive your return. The video will be made available to eBay, law enforcement, and will be publicly viewable via the internet if we feel that the return was made fraudulently. The video will include your buyer name and information identifying the details of the transaction.
What you [the buyer] must do
Return the item in original condition with ALL the original shipment packaging within 30 consecutive days after delivery. The return address is on the original shipping label.
Exclusions and other conditions
Disassembly, modification, damage caused by improper use or installation, or any other tampering voids all warranties and renders the item non-returnable. For all returns including items listed with free shipping the delivery shipping cost paid by the seller will be deducted from the refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Items returned with postage due or a C.O.D. charge WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNLESS THE ITEM IS RETURNED TO SELLER. The time duration for filing a dispute with eBay/PayPal is LIMITED TO 30 DAYS after delivery. Unless the item is returned, this SALE IS FINAL once the 30 day period after delivery has expired.
