Steps to mail in your iPad:
- Make sure you document your serial number (settings -> general -> about) or IMEI number (found on the iPad of the phone or settings as well)
- Back up your device if possible
- Make sure battery has charge in it. A dead battery could lead to a delay in turnaround time. DO NOT SHIP LCD SCREEN, ONLY SHIP HOUSING AND MOTHERBOARD
- Please include your contact information as well as the password to your device (so that we can test the touch fully once repaired)
- Ship it to: The Device Shop - 51 Elm Street, Westfield, NJ 07090
- Once your device is received it will be logged into our system and we will repair it.
- Upon completion we will package up your device and email you a tracking number. If you'd like expedited shipping please choose USPS Priority Mail or Overnight Shipping.
Disclaimer:
This repair is for restoration of touch on your iPad Pro. You will not be refunded if there are other issues with your iPad, such as damaged connectors, faulty screen, or additional touch line repairs. If there are additional issues with your iPad and you decline repair, we will refund you everything minus a $15 shipping and diagnostic fee.
To activate your warranty you must leave positive feedback within 3 days of receiving your device.
