This listing is for a replacement screen for laptop or tablet as described in the title. We suggest you buy replacement screen with screen model, instead of laptop model. Some laptop manufacturers offer customization of laptops, and identical models of laptops may have different types of screens. Please make certain that resolution, back-light, size and fittings must be same as your original screen. You can find screen model number on back side of your original screen. However, if you are not sure and need assistance, please contact us via eBay message.

Shipping

Expected Dispatch

Orders received with cleared payment by 3pm GMT will be dispatched same day except weekend and public holidays. Tracking number and VAT invoice will be emailed to you after dispatching the order.

We source our screens from well-known screen manufacturers, and these are as good as original laptop screens. If exact screen model (as per our title) is not available, we will ship 100% compatible screen. However, if you need any specific model, please contact us before buying to check availability. Titles and pictures used in listings are for cross references for makes and models of screens and laptops, so that customers can easily find compatible screens.

Pixel Policy

We have listed OEM LED LCD screens, which comply with ISO-9241-302,303,305,307:2008. This standard dictates an acceptable 2-5 dead pixels. If you don’t agree with this, please skip this listing.

VAT Invoice

VAT invoice will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. We will provide invoice with VAT separately shown.

Customers outside EU and EU trade customers with valid VAT number should contact us before buying, we will facilitate your specific VAT needs.

Warranty & Returns T&Cs;

We offer 6 Months warranty for Manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover the following;

• Physical Damage, Fault Caused by normal wear and tear

• Physical Alteration, Mishandling, Liquid Damage

• Damage due to overheating of other components (e.g. graphic card)

In case of any Manufacturing fault buyer needs to send the item back for testing and we will repair / offer working replacement of the item depending upon the nature of fault. 

Testing and repairing the item can take up to 14 working days. In case the repair is not possible we will provide an equivalent working replacement.

We comply with Distance Selling Regulations

Please contact us for RMA number by eBay message system, we won’t be able to identify returned goods without RMA number.

Bought Wrong Item or No Longer Required

If you have bought wrong item or simply do not need it, please return the item with RMA number within 30 days of purchase for refund or replacement. Buyer will be responsible for safe return of the item and return postage cost and our initial postage & packaging cost of the item. We can only refund or replace the item when we actually receive it back. All Returns are processed within 2-3 working days of receipt. Keep original packaging handy for safe returns. Please do not return screens in jiffy bags, egg trays or pizza boxes.

Lost Items

We are relying on Royal Mail and other courier (DHL, UPS) services. Delays and lost in transit are rare however, if an item does not arrive within the time frame of selected postal service, please contact us via eBay message. Sometimes delivery can take some extra time due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Please allow few extra days, than the estimated delivery date.

Damaged Goods In Transit

We are using custom made safe packaging to ensure that items arrive in good condition. You must inspect package before signing for delivery, if you see any sign of mishandling or damage to the package, bring this to delivery person’s attention and make sure they make a note in their system about the damage. Please keep the item and packaging in original condition as you have received it. We will make a claim with relevant courier and they may need to inspect the package. You must inform us by eBay message within 24 hours of receipt of damaged goods.
