The Five Pence 5p coins have the design of a thistle royally crowned depicted on the reverse of the coin and are of PROOF Quality.

The coins have come from Royal Mint PROOF coin sets, so are uncirculated however the coins may have minor imperfections resulting from the production process or some slight toning from storage over time. Toning occurs on coins naturally over time when oxygen and chemicals in the air act on the metal.

PLEASE NOTE: The 1983 and 1984 five pence coins will have some naturally occurring Toning which is normal for these year of coins as it is very difficult to obtain PROOF UK coins from these years without toning.
