Easy and Quick Dough recipe:

25 grams of fresh yeast;
1 glass of water;
2 cups of flour;
5 tablespoons of sunflower/ vegetable oil;
1 tablespoon sugar
Add Vanilla for taste.

Dough:

Crumble the yeast, grind it with sugar, when it becomes liquid, dilute it in a half glass of warm water.
Mix it with one glass of flour. Pour out the remaining half glass, stir and cover with a towel. Then put it on a warm water bath.
In 10 minutes add another glass of flour to the dough. Add sunflower oil, stir and heat.
