We post quickly so please note that Ebay "Estimated" delivery time frames are way out of sync with Australia Post, please allow extra time. Please be aware that all items may not be sent together, and may arrive in different parcels, all items will be tracked and found on order details on Ebay!
TRADING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We cannot refund for consumable food items unless the packaging is faulty/damaged in post. Any faults/damages must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of receiving the goods and be in it's original unopened/sealed packaging and not used, otherwise we will not refund.
A photo of any package tampering claims or packaging faults must be sent within the 48 hour time period upon receipt of goods, otherwise we will not refund. ALL items deemed claimable for refund MUST be returned to us within 3 working days from receiving the goods at the buyers expense.
