Items returned in Same condition in Unopened factory package are eligible for Full Item Price refund. Upgraded shipping cost (Standard and Expedited shipping) is non-refundable in all cases (no exceptions). 

DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Damaged products must be reported within 5 days from delivery date. 

Merchandise should be carefully packed in original box and shipped back to us via FedEx or UPS.

Products returned in used, different condition and/or factory package seal was broken are subject to 10% restocking fee. Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, missing box or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged higher restocking fee.
