I DO NOT accept any kind of excuse anymore. If you bid, you own the item. You can read about this below. Bidder with less than 10 feedback are susceptible to having their bids cancelled unless you contact me and ask to bid.

PAYMENT

Due to too many buyers not paying and using phony excuses I have to change my policies about buying. All payments MUST be made by Tuesday night seeing all my auctions end on a Saturday or Sunday night. I ship all my items out on Tuesday and Wednesday and do not want to be chasing people for payment. I make sure that all items are sent on these days and for the most part all buyers have their items to them via priority before the day they won the auction( first class auctions take 5-9 days). I think that is a good turn around and very fast shipping. As a buyer you want your items fast and as a seller I would appreciate payment in the same way. I don’t think waiting 1 or 2 weeks for payment is acceptable. If payment is not made by Tuesday night I open a Unpaid bidder case on the buyer and place you on my blocked buyers list.

If there are other items that end the following week pay for the items that you have won on the current week and I will hold on to them and give you combined shipping with the other items your bidding on, on the current week. Again the shipping cost will go to your total shipping on the total amount of items you win from both the previous week and current week.

Overseas bidders please read policy below! I will not change this policy so please don't ask that includes Canada!

 ON THE IMPERIAL GUARD. EACH ADDITIONAL GUARD BOUGHT IS $5.25 as they will be shipped in their own package.

I do not accept returns!!!  By bidding on this auction you acknowledge this policy and forfeit any request to return the item. Free shipping on one auction does not get you free shipping on multiple auctions won. It only applies to that one auction.

Those that pay up front after the auction will get their items out within 2 days. If you don't pay right after the auction and wait a few days I probably won’t be able to ship out till Fri or Sat. I have a 3 day handling time most items ship well before this though. I try to get everyone's item out to them as fast as possible after receiving payment.

Non paying bidder cases are opened after 2 days as I have had a lot of people not paying.

Manufactured Items

If you buy an item that is sealed and brand new in the box I am not responsible for pieces missing, or item not working that is in a sealed box. This goes for all Brand New items that I sell and that are labeled as New, Never Opened etc. You need to contact the manufacturer for a replacement part or complete replacement if an item is missing in the box or not working. I can’t control items that are missing pieces or may not work that are in a sealed box. That is on the company not me. No need to leave negative feedback on an item that a manufacturer is responsible for.

NO EXCUSES!!!!!!

I do not accept any excuses too many people are bidding on items and then saying my kid hacked my account and I didn’t want this, someone else hacked my account and bid on multiple items please cancel this auction, I am in the hospital and can’t pay and many other excuses. I am from the old school of you take responsibility for your own actions so if you’re the winning bidder than you either buy it or Ebay will give you a strike for bidding on my item. I WILL NOT cancel any auction due to an excuse. I ended up in the hospital for a week and made sure items were sent to my buyers and anything I had bid on I made sure was paid for.

    Also I am sorry but, I will no longer accept the “I had a death in the family” excuse. I had 4 of these in one week. You can pay before you have to leave or there are many ways to pay via a smart phone or someone else’s computer when you get there. I don’t mean to sound cold but, too many people are using this excuse not to pay on time or not to pay at all.
