Please note if you order before 2:30 pm, your items will be dispatched earlier. If you place the order before the cut off time then please note that your item will be shipped the following day. We only operate Monday - Friday, so the cut off time is only applicable on these working days only. We exclude weekends and bank holidays. Shipping time is 2-3 working days.

Returns:

Please read our returns policy before making any auto returns back to us. We are always open to returns IF the item is NEW, UNOPENED & IN RESALABLE CONDITION. Any that has been opened and tested with not be eligible for the return as we will need to resale the item. If we do accept the return then there will be a 20% restocking fee. Please note it takes many hours in the day to manage all inventory that we hold due to the very high in demand for these particular items.
