All items are 100% authentic. You will never have to deal with fakes when purchasing from us. Each item is purchased from a local retail location and is guaranteed to be authentic. Because our shoes & clothing are purchased directly from a retail store it's possible that they were tried on in the store. This doesn't mean they are used. It means someone may have tried them on and walked around the store. Pictures of the front of the box & tags are there to help show authenticity. The barcode / tags may or may not be representative of the size you purchased.

We are not responsible for minor manufacturing flaws. No product is perfect. However if a product is "defective" with a major flaw we will make things right by replacing or refunding your order upon you returning the item to us in brand new condition.

We take all pictures of our products ourselves. We do the best we can to accurately show the condition of each item. However some items may look different in person due to lighting, your computer monitor color contrast, and / or your screen resolution.

1. Domestic: USPS Priority Mail, postage varies by buyer location and weight. We provide free tracking for all packages. We always package shoes inside a poly bag to protect them incase package gets wet by rain or snow. We only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses. We do not offer any other shipping options or shipping service.

2. International: International Shipping is available on all orders. Click the "Buy It Now" button to see international shipping costs and options. We only offer International shipping through the eBay Global Shipping Program. With this program we receive funds for the item you purchased, not the shipping. EBay is the party who charges you the international shipping fee, custom fees, duty fees etc. EBay is also the party who takes care of the international shipping service. If you have questions related to international shipping, please contact eBay.

3. Handling Time: 1 business day. Business day means Monday through Friday not Saturdays, Sundays, or national Holidays.

4. Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery time depends on shipping carriers running on time (In this case USPS). Most of the time they are very good about getting packages delivered on time but every once in a while they run late. Therefore we cannot guarantee a delivery date or time because the carrier is the one delivering the package to you, not us.
