What is a HHO EFIE Chip HEC-?
The HEC is a 200 MHz chip with a microprocessor, uses his high-speed serial input/output interfaces to directly communicate with the ECU through the OBD-II port it was specifically developed and tuned for the needs of vehicles with gene HHO generator. How does HHO EFIE Chip (HEC)?

How to install?
