If there is a problem with the product or shipping, we are happy to assist in any way we can.
Please contact us immediately so we are aware of the problem and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that all our parcels are signed for and tracked.

Shipping information
We use a signed for and tracked courier service. This means you can monitor the progress of your item on its way to you. Please note that our general cut off time for items to be packed is around 10am. 10am is roughly when the courier collects, but if you miss the cut off time, do not worry as we will send it with the next collection. If you have not received your item and its taking longer than expected, please contact us to find out what is going.
When it comes to shipping international items we generally request that you organise your own courier unless there is a service already provided when you are making payment. We ask that you please note the restricted items. We will cancel sales made for any items that cannot be shipped internationally. Restricted items for international couriers are things like, Air Bags, or very large items such as Bumpers or Wings these are a few examples and we are more than happy to reroute them to a UK address if possible before cancelling them.
Payments
We accept payments through the following options, PayPal, Visa card, Master card & Credit Card.
We request that you do payments through the appropriate methods online as we cannot leave feedback otherwise. If you are interested in something online that does not have a postage or shipping option and would like to collect in person, please could you make an offer or purchase it online to save any disappointment of it being sold before you arrive to collect.
Our Products
We do our best to ensure you have purchased the best products we can supply. All the vehicles & the parts are tested prior to removal. Our products are removed, stored & packaged with great care. Please understand that the parts we supply are second hand, (not perfect, will have signs of slight wear & tear). Some parts may have a few marks or scratches that are not noticed either by us or via the item description & pictures provided. While we take great care in storing & packing the items, there may in very rare instances, be damages without us knowing & if for any reason you receive an item not exactly like the picture we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused in advance. In some cases, we may find that the part is not in good condition & send you another part that is equal or in better condition than the one you purchased from the listing.
