Postage: same day dispatch by 1st class delivery if ordered by 4h30pm Monday to Thursday and by 12.30pm on Friday. All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class and Standard Airmail shipping for international orders. I do not send paper invoice but you can find a copy of your order invoice in your Paypal account or on your Ebay account for your reference.

Payment: Paypal and credit card payments only.

Returns and refunds: within 14 days, fully refunded item except for the return postage that is at the buyer's cost. If your item arrives damaged I will refund in full the item and the return postage cost (same price as the original shipping cost) upon receiving the defective item back.If I have sent out the wrong item I will either refund in full or if you still wish to have this special item I will send it after receiving the wrong item back and in this case I will refund the return postage cost (same price as the original shipping cost). The item must be in its original condition not worn,used or altered in any way. 

Please get in touch if you have not received your item but bear in mind that Royal Mail will not class an item as lost until 15 working days after the due date for UK.

Special notes:

- Please ensure you have the correct delivery address on your Paypal account as parcels cannot be redirected to a different delivery address once the item has been posted.

-due to the lighting effect, monitor's brightness etc. please note there could be some slight differences in the color between the photo and the actual item.

-please pay attention to the actual size, items are enlarged in the picture.
