The DCH274 SDS+ Drill is a very impressive addition to Dewalt's popular and powerful XR 18v Li-ion range. Its brushless motor enables maximum runtime espcially when combined with the any Dewalt 18v Li-ion battery
In terms of power this cordless SDS is able to deliver impressive results with a no load speed of 1100rpm and an impact rate of 4600bpm its class leading in the cordless range. In terms of impact energy the DCH274 is rated at 2.1 joules which is more than a match for most corded models but of course users aren't tied down to having to find a power source.
With Dewalts new handle design users can be assured that not only does this model have improved low vibration control but also the battery compartment is seperated from the rest of the Drill body to ensure that any level of vibration isn't going to have negative affects on the battery itself.
Included in this kit is a quick change drill chuck which allows the user to chop and change between using the in-built SDS bit holder and a keyless drill chuck for use with standard drill bits.
The Dewalt DCH274N is a Body Only unit which does not come with a Charger or Batteries.
