Domestic: This fly line will ship domestically via USPS  Mail for free

International shipping is available and the cost is determined on a per country basis .  All International shipments are through either:

USPS First Class Mail (more economical - takes longer) This service usually takes between 4 -15 business days OR

USPS Priority Intl Mail Flat Rate Envelope (much quicker - a bit more expensive) This service usually takes between 3-10 business days.

Neither service provides a live time tracking number- but both have "Customs Locator Numbers" that can be used to locate the package in case they get detained by your customs office in the deliver to country. 

You decide after comparing actual costs in the check out process.
