This is a side of cowhide leather in your choice of colour.  The Beige colour could easily have dyes applied to make it into the colour you would like.  

Sides average 18 to 20 sq ft and are 1.3mm to 1.5mm in thickness.  The Cherry Red Colour is only around 1mm in thickness.  Some of the Navy hides have a mottled colour affect.

There are a few marks and the odd hole on some of the hides but overall very good value skins at this price.  Can be used for a variety of leather projects.
