The following are the terms & conditions applicable to all sales of collectibles and other items for sale in my eBay auctions.  Please take the time to read these terms, and if you have any questions, please ask before you bid or buy.

WARRANTEES, GUARANTEES & REPRESENTATIONS:  All sales are final.  Ask questions before you bid if you have any questions.  I make no warrantees, guarantees or representations, other than those which are explicitly made in the listing.  Otherwise, the only warranty that is made is that of authenticity of the item listed.  (See below)

AUTHENTICITY:  The only warranty made as to all items listed is that of "authenticity" - That is, the item listed is warranted to be the item represented in the listing.  For example - a First U.S. edition of work by Charles Dickens, is warranted to be just that: A First U.S. edition of that work, and not some other edition.  A copy of Amazing Spider-Man #1 (1963) is warranted to be a real, original (not reprinted) copy of Amazing Spider-Man #1 (1963).  Whenever an item is known to be a reprint or a copy or a reproduction, it is described as such.  This is the only warranty that is made, either expressly or impliedly.

PHOTOGRAPHS & SCANS:  High resolution photographs or scans are provided as to all items listed.  Please examine photos carefully before bidding, and make your own determination as to condition or quality.  If you have any questions about the item, its condition, whatever, ask before you bid.   The image(s) provided are for the exact item(s) being sold.  We never use "stock" photos in our listings.

RETURNS:  Returns are only accepted if there the item's listing contains some kind of misrepresentation - that is, it contains a specific statement of fact that is not correct or accurate.  All items are assumed to be originals and to be complete, unless otherwise specified.  Examples of misrepresentations include:  A book or comic book that is missing pages and this has not been noted in the listing - An item that is listed as "original" but is actually a reproduction - A piece of china that is described as "porcelain" but is actually made of glass.  Every effort is made to be as accurate as possible in each listing, and returns of any that are not will be happily accepted.  Returns on no other basis will be accepted.  Requests to return an item must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

SHIPPING:  Shipping is by U.S.P.S. First Class of Priority Mail, in secure packaging.  The cost of shipping is generally noted in the item's listing, although some items - if particularly heavy - will be based upon your location, and may not be known until the end of the auction.  This will be noted specifically in the listing.  You are responsible for the cost of shipping in addition to the item's final bid or sale price.  For items listed a "Free Shipping" this includes insurance, if applicable.  (See below)

INSURANCE:  Insurance is included.  Item(s) are insured for the amount of the final bid or sale price.

PAYMENT:  Unless otherwise noted in the listing - payment via Paypal is required.  (Any other form of payment requires authorization in advance - that is, before you bid or buy.)  Orders will be shipped within three (3) business days of the receipt/clearance of payment.  Payment is expected to be made within three (3) businss days of purchase.  If for some reason you will require additional time to make payment, please contact us before bidding or buying for agreement.  For items shipping internationally, payment via Paypal must be in U.S. funds.

WHERE WE SHIP TO:  At this time, we will only ship to locations in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the U.K.  If you are located anywhere else and wish to buy or bid on an item, please ask before you bid or buy for authorization to do so.  Otherwise, your bid or purchase will be cancelled.
