My printed cards are 100% handmade in the UK by me, from machining of the Aluminium, printing process and finally the finishing.
My Metal cards are printed by using sublimation printing, using the highest quality commercial grade inks. The design/s and/or personalization is permanently printed on - It's not a Sticker or Vinyl. They are also applied with a scratch resistant coating after the printing process to prevent wear and tear which makes it like new for many years.
Once you have made your purchase please send me an EBAY MESSAGE with a digital copy of your Image in PDF, EPS or JPEG format or the highest Quality possible.
PLEASE NOTE: Once the printing process has begun for your card/s and you wish to cancel for whatever reason, you will be charged for the number of card/s that have been printed.

Shipping is normally made within 3-5 working days from dispatch. Although ROYAL MAIL state you have to wait 14 working days before you can class the item as lost/not receive. If it has been 14 WORKING days please contact me for replacement/refund.

I am in the UK and shipping internationally can take anything from 5 to 45 working days, depending on where you are in the world. All of my items are sent via a NON EXPEDITED shipping service. Please contact me if it has been over 4 weeks and your order has still not arrived. If you wish for a order to arrive quicker please contact me BEFORE ordering as there is an additional charge.
IS THERE TRACKING?
I choose not to include in UK so I can keep the postage free and I find it doesn't really prevent anything from going missing. If you would like to pay extra for tracking please contact me before placing an order.
