ROYAL WULFF FLY FISHING DRY FLIES

SIZE #18 x 6 FLIES

TIED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE-FLY-GUY

Royal Wulff

The Royal Wulff is a fantastic fly, a derivative of the Royal Coachman and is considered an attractor pattern. This dry fly pattern was first tied by Lee Wulff and has been fished with great success for decades all over the world. This buggy dry fly imitates many different types of mayflies and terrestrials, and a great dry fly for prospecting.

You can use it in many situations with it's bushy hackle at the front it sits nice and high on the water, and with the white calf tail wings it is highly visible.
Early season you can hang a nymph underneath, and use it as your indicator.
You can use it on rivers and lakes, it can be fished in slow or fast water.

All in all it is a great fly and one that I would never be without in my fly box.
