Suggested Use
Adults: Take 7 drops up to 4 times daily in 500ml of non-chlorinated and non-fluoridated water (with or without food).
Or take one drop in 7 glasses of filtered water during the day.
Or take it as advised by your healthcare practitioner.

Children:
Generally we'd recommend halve the adult’s dose, and if the child is very young
the dose should be decreased more, its best to recommend start low and see how

Pets: For cats and dogs we'd suggest 1-2 drops in their drinking bowl.
