Mamiya pendant!  This golden color with inner RED background pendant was made by Mamiya Japan in the early 1990's for their own employees to wear on the neckties or on their tuxedo suits during their Japan camera shows.  It can be put on just about anywhere---on polo shirts, jackets, hats, caps, camera bag, camera strap, etc.  This pendant is new in factory bag, has been carefully stored away for many years!
