Description/Condition:
A scarce and substantial volume bound in the original brown cloth with gilt title to spine, pictorial and other decoration to upper board; top edge gilt; boards rubbed (more so to lower board), with wear to extremities, upper board a little bowed; spine slightly darkened, with slight lean, and crumpling at ends; tan endpapers, without bookplates, splitting at rear with hinge a touch weakened; contents sound, generally very clean, just a little very light foxing and other light blemishes here and there.
