Includes all shown: plate, envelopes, letter, certificate, decanter.  EMPTY BOTTLE.  The paperwork is dated 1982.  The metal plate is dated Bottling #13 - Nov. 1980.

The paper work shows some wear in the form of tears, creases, dog ears, etc...  No chips or cracks to bottle.  The labels do show wear though.  And there is some debris in the bottle.  Most likely some of the missing cork from the stopper.  Please see pictures >  Actual item pictured >
