Shipping: We offer free shipping on all products unless otherwise stated. Most orders ship within a couple of days, however due to various circumstances delays are possible!

Warranty: All items are sold with 14 days warranty unless otherwise stated.

Returns: Please do not return any items without an authorization number or other instructions by us.  Any packages that are sent without our knowledge will be refused and no replacement/refund will be issued. Any products returned without prior knowledge will be rejected.

International: International shipping is not available unless listed as an option under Shipping Methods within the auction.  All other items please email us if you are unsure before placing the order. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Support: We answer emails Mon-Fri. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond. All emails are answered! If you do not receive a response in a reasonable amount of time please resend your email.
