Michel Ciry was born in La Baule on August 31, 1919. He is a French painter - engraver , writer and composer . Since the 1960's, he lives and works in Normandy in Varengeville-sur-Mer .
It is currently haphazardly framed in gold painted wooden frame that measures approximately 15 1/2" x 6". There are some nicks, and other dings on the frame.
The card itself is approximately 13" x 17". It has not been examined outside of the frame. It appears to have some age-related toning and some other markings. There is a crease down the middle from where it was folded. I do not know if there is anything on the other side of the card. There is also an envelope below the card, with his return address on it - although I don't know how this card would have fit into that envelope.
It is an excellent investment - a fun piece that's perfect for any collector!
