100%
Twisted Wool Buffing Pad
Our Hook and Loop 100% Twisted Wool Buffing Pad is by far the best choice for all your compound cutting needs to clean, restore, and revive dull, oxidized or recently color-sanded paint when used with the your aggressive compound.
Why is Premium Twisted Wool Important?
The tight twisting of each wool fiber enables the pad to retain a consistent level of aggressiveness and cut for a longer period of buffing time. You will finish your work in a shorter period of time!
Your New Wool Buffing Pad is Long-Lasting
The tight twisting allows the pad to operate at a consistent level of aggressiveness for longer periods. With a 1.5 inch pile, the pad will hold up to many, many uses. The pad has a diameter of 7.5 inches but the thick pile gives it an overall diameter of 9-1/2 inches. The Wool Cutting Pad is intended for severe swirls, scratches and heavy oxidation.
It’s Important to Keep Your Twisted Wool Buffing
Pad Clean
Periodically check the pad as you buff for compound or polish buildup. Clean it as the surface begins to glaze over with the compound or polish. Use the Wool Pad Cleaning Tool (Wool Pad Cleaning Spur) (sold separately)
Never use a screwdriver, fork, or other stationary tool to clean your wool or wool-blend buffing pad. Using those types of “tools” will cause the wool tuffs to untwist and possibly damage the pad's backing, too.
Always wash the wool buffing pad or the wool blend polishing pad by hand. Do not use high heat to wash or dry the pad. High heat promotes wool to shrink. Let the buffing pads air dry or spin them with your buffer.
Wash your pads the easy way with our Pad Washing System (Sold Separately)
Store the buffing pad in a clean dry place when not in use
so that you can minimize foreign particles from coming in contact
with your White 100% Twisted Wool Pad.

Wool Pad Cleaning Tool (available separately)
Anytime you work with wool pads you will find that the compound or polish tends to “cake-up” on the pad. The Wool Pad Cleaning Spur will make fluffing-up the wool buffing pad or the wool blend polishing pad simple and fast. Cleaning the compound or polish from your pad regularly will prevent marring the vehicle’s surface. The pistol grip handle makes the Wool Pad Cleaning Spur easy to use.
How to Use the Wool Pad Cleaning Tool: Turn
your buffing or polishing machine to the lowest speed setting. Hold
the Wool Pad Spur against the pad as it rotates. The rotating spurs on the tool
will fluff up the wool on the pad in seconds!
