Shipping is normally made within 3-5 working days from dispatch. Although ROYAL MAIL state you have to wait 14 working days before you can class the item as lost/not received. If it has been 14 WORKING days please contact me for replacement/refund.

I am in the UK and shipping internationally can take anything from 5 to 45 working days, depending on where you are in the world. All of my items are sent via a NON EXPEDITED shipping service. IS THERE TRACKING?
