Ready to Hang:
All sizes come stretched on 0.75" thick wooden stretcher bar except 30"x40" and 40"x30" sizes. 30"x40" and 40"x30" sizes come stretched on 1.5" thick wooden stretcher bar if stated ÔReady to hangÕ next to the size in the size option. If stated ÔROLLED UPÕ in the size option, that means the size comes rolled up in a shipping tube and not ready to hang.
Rolled Up (Only for 30" x 40" and 40" x 30" sizes)
It comes rolled up in a tube. Not ready to hang. Mirroring borders will be added to the actual picture. You will receive the canvas bigger than actual size which is stated in the size option because of the mirroring. Rolled up canvas will be 34" x 44" or 44" x 34" including mirroring borders (2" for each edge). When you stretched the canvas, we suggest you use up to 1.5" thick (Depth) and 30" x 40" or 40" x 30" (Height x Width) stretcher bars for the best result.
Canvas Mirrored Border:
All the products have mirroring Edges. The image does not wrap around the stretcher bars. We can keep all image on the front of the canvas. The end result is a trim, contemporary look that keeps your original image in full view. A portion of your image will be mirrored or reflected over the sides.
Note:
Due to differing calibration of every monitor, actual wall art colors may be slightly different from the product image.
Return and Exchange
Please note that due to all our items MADE TO ORDER all returns there will be a 20% restocking fee withheld from your final amount if the buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition within the return window. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Item(s) must be returned with the original box and bubble wrap. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unstained and unaltered in any way.
Items that have been WORN and DAMAGED due to client negligence, if we receive the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer, the buyer will responsible for 50% restocking fee withheld from the final amount. After we receive your package our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition & authenticity of the returned item(s).
We DO NOT accept returns of CUSTOM MADE items.
We accept returns for a full refund unless your pieces arrive damaged or the wrong size or wrong artwork. Contact us and send a picture showing the problem, we can work towards a return or exchange.
If the item sent to the wrong address due to buyerÕs fault or buyer requests to change the address after item has shipped out, we are not responsible for replacing the item. If the item returns to us due to wrong address information, the buyer is responsible for the re-shipping cost.
All Returning inquiries must be submitted within 15 DAYS OF DELIVERY to warrant a return/replacement/refund.
