You are looking at a motorcycle toddler toy. This is Mickey Mouse themed. This is from 2001, Mattel. 

The steering bar moves, the red buttons turn on blinkers, etc. 

This item is UNTESTED. I cannot guarantee that the item is in proper working order. The battery compartment looks fine. It takes 3 C batteries. 

Item has general wear, some scratches, paint/sticker wear, overall not bad shape.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of you receiving your item. Buyer pays return shipping. Only the price of the item will be refunded, original or return shipping cost will NOT be refunded. Item must be in original condition that it was shipped out in. If it was new with tags, original tags must still be attached, Item must be in re-salable condition. Original cost of item not including shipping will be refunded as soon as I receive the returned item in the mail and can determine that it was in its original condition.

I generally ship Monday-Friday, any purchases made on Friday might not be shipped until Monday, it depends if you purchase the item before I make a trip to the post office.
