Time to let it go.  Had it for years.  Comes from pet and smoke free house.  Following was observed when tested: the lights come up and they blink.  The fan in the power supply is on, nothing else was observed.  It looks like it is trying to reboot all the time.  When connected to monitor nothing was displayed.  No power on sound either.  I will include floppy discs as shown, one is Tidbits.  I am not sure what is stored on other diskettes. Non-Oem Power Cable will be included.
