First edition of this scarce title, bound in contemporary full leather with raised bands to spine, lacking title label; binding remains sound, somewhat rubbed with wear to extremities, minor loss at head of spine; armorial bookplate to front pastedown, small annotation to verso of ffep; title-page printed in black and red; contents remain firm with browning around edges of endpapers and first/last few of leaves, foxing and toning throughout, otherwise in good order.
