All jewellery & watches are Pre-Owned unless stated otherwise and condition should be considered as such. Some jewellery will show tarnish or testing marks that can be removed to improve the aesthetics of the jewellery, this is not a service we offer.

WATCHES

Watches are assessed for authenticity& checked for functionality but not timekeeping so are assumed to be running as they should. Timekeeping is not guaranteed on a pre-owned mechanical watch due to the complexity of moving parts.

GOT A PROBLEM?

Please contact us regarding any issues prior to opening a case, as once a case is open, this will be your responsibility to close and often restricts resolving an issue amicably. Our team will respond asap to get things sorted for you – see our feedback!

RESIZING/REPAIRS

These are not services we offer, but would suggest searching out a good local jewellery workshop rather than the high street jeweller to get specialist advice about this.

POSTAGE COMBINED

UK

We are happy to combine postage on any of our items bought for UK shipping and would prefer for a single payment. If you are watching a number of items over the week and would like to combine, please drop us a message to inform us. An unpaid case may open after a couple of days but not to worry, this is automatic when items remain unpaid

OVERSEAS

We can combine our UK part of the shipping if paid for on the same invoice, the shipping after this is eBay’s GSP and should be contacted direct to query this as we do not have the option to view or alter this invoice.

RETURNS

Please ensure items are packed and wrapped in the safe packaging that they were sent in, we will not refund damaged items due to poor packaging at the responsibility of the buyer.
