For more sporty riding, you need only remove the insulation parts. You want to converse with your riding buddies or stop for a drink on the trail? No need to remove your helmet, just open the removable muzzle, a unique Titan feature.

Shipping

Canada & US

  • All shipments will be shipped using USPS or Canada Post
  • We use PayPal information as for shipping addresses. If the item is returned back to us due to an incorrect address, then customers are responsible for paying the second shipment.
  • Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours after receiving a cleared PayPal payment.
  • We process and ship orders on business days only meaning Monday to Friday except on Canadian Holidays.
  • An automatically generated tracking number will be sent to all customers after the item is shipped.
  • It usually takes 2-6 business days for delivery depending how far from Quebec you are. Please note that this is not guaranteed since parcels can be held at customs.

International

  • You WILL need to contact us in order to purchase the item. We will then send you a shipping quote including ETA and shipping fees which will be paid through eBay.
  • The tracking number you will be given will be tracked with Canada Post but you can use some sites like 17Track once it left Canada to get a more precise tracking experience in your country.

Returns

Returns

  • For all returns, contact us to get an RMA number or proceed through eBay so we get notified about your return.
  • Customers are 100% responsible for return shipping charges.
  • We will take full responsibility for return shipping costs if an incorrect unit is shipped to the customer.
  • There will be a 20% restocking fee on returned items if you'd be to change your mind or ordered the wrong item.
