Please do not book in any tradepersons to be on site before your product has landed to avoid disappointment.

Please allow easy access for large 18 tonne vehicle to crane off in to position. Any issues with access please contact us prior to your delivery so we can ensure the delivery process will go smoothly.

Deliveries can only be made to the kerbside of your address and then craned onto location. Items can be dropped up to 5 meters from kerbside. It is up to the customer (you) to move any product to where you need it to be from there. The hauliers/suppliers/couriers we use are only insured to drop kerbside, so please bare in mind when thinking about where you need the product.

The delivery vehicles may only stick to the public roads and not go on any private land - unless permission is granted by the land owner. Some areas we struggle to cover as standard due to rurality such as the Highlands, please contact us beforehand if your address is rural.
