This is a PSA graded card in the new style of case. The cases do not have any scratches and are straight from PSA. 

Shipping Details

All Pokemon PSA cards will be shipped in a team bag to prevent scratching to the PSA case. 

All PSA cards will be shipped via First Class mail unless other services are purchased.

Items may be shipped outside the US through the Global Shipping Program.

Sales Tax

We must impose a 8.15% tax on any sales in Colorado. It is possible you may receive a partial sales tax refund should you not be subject to all of the district taxes.
