This is a fairly rare Marx School House Playset with accessories and figures. It is missing part of the cupola. The swing is broken, but parts are still there and can be easily repaired. The front of the original box has been preserved. The set is not perfect, but it assembles and displays very well. Please review the pictures, as they are the best overall description of this item, it's condition and contents. If lighting is used with this, children are silhouetted in the windows. It includes the figures shown. The original assembly instructions are included as well. Nice example for the Marx collector or for your layout. Always ready to answer your questions!
