If purchasing more than one of our items, click add to basket as there is a reduction applied to the shipping. At the end of your selection the new total will show the correct discounted amount. (UK and overseas 20p per additional item).

The Add To Basket / Cart is the only way our discounted shipping on a purchase for multiple items will work.

However, eBay has made changes to the Add To Cart/Add To Basket facility and this is resulting in this option not being visible to everyone. eBay advises international customers to log into their account through www.ebay.co.uk and make the purchases that way rather than your host site. We regret we are not able to do partial refunds if you overpay on postage by not following our guidance as shown in the listing due to the fees charged by PayPal (which we now cannot get refunded back to us) and by eBay.

SHIPPING

We post out most days Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays / public holidays/industrial action by Royal Mail).

If your order is received by 11am (Monday to Friday), we will do our best to despatch the same day. Orders received later in the day (including evening) will be posted the following working day.

All orders are sent 1st class in the UK and airmail for overseas and proof of posting obtained. A tracked/signed for service is available in the postage options and recommended for high value orders or if you have experienced problems with mail in the past.

Royal Mail advises delivery times as follows:

UK - 2-3 working days

Europe - 3-5 working days

Rest of world - 5-7 working days

(Don't forget to allow for Public Holidays and weekends)

Sometimes post can take much longer for no apparent reason so please be patient. This is the case at the moment due to the current situation. UK items are taking up to 3 weeks, overseas anything between 2 – 4 weeks but most do seem to now be arriving in a more timely manner.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT POST TO THE FOLLOWING PLACES (FALKLANDS EXCEPTED) DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF POST THAT DOES NOT ARRIVE AT ITS DESTINATION WITHIN EBAY’S STATED TIME FRAME (OR EVEN AT ALL!)

Israel, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela.

If you desperately still need us to post to one of these, get in touch via the Contact Details in the Business seller information section at the bottom of the listing section and we will see what we can do.

We have always been happy to post to New Zealand and it should now show up on here for you.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER?

In the unlikely event of your item not turning up or arriving damaged courtesy of the mail numpties, please message us (before leaving feedback or going into the “open a case” option) so that we can rectify any problems.

With damage or items missing, please take photos of the packaging and damaged item as we will need these to put in a claim from Royal Mail.

If we’ve cocked up and sent you the wrong item, apologies in advance!

Just message us with a photo of the wrong item you’ve received and we’ll send you out the right one. Please do not open a return as we get charged too much by eBay for the return postage label – if need be, we can send you out a prepaid envelope. (For smaller items, we’ll usually say don’t bother returning it tbh!)

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, do please message us before leaving feedback so that we can rectify any problems.
