In any claim, brought subject to the conditions below, Buyer must prove to the satisfaction of Seller that it followed Seller's instructions for use, care, storage, maintenance, handling and application of the Goods.

All claims relating to ‘WRONG DELIVERY’ of ordered goods must be notified to Hardware Shop To You within Thirty (30) days of receipt by way of email through Ebay. Goods returned as a ‘WRONG DELIVERY’, will not be accepted if returned in a non-resaleable condition.

All claims relating to ‘FAULTY’ goods must be notified to Hardware Shop To You within Thirty (30) Days of receipt by way of message through Ebay.

All claims relating to ‘DAMAGED’ goods must be notified to Hardware Shop To You within Seven (7) Days of receipt by way of message through Ebay. Hardware Shop To You will not be liable for damage to goods unless the buyer establishes that such damage occured whilst goods were in transit before delivery and out of the care of Hardware Shop To You.

In any event, failure to provide notification, liability is expressly excluded in respect of ‘WRONG DELIVERY’, ‘FAULTY’ or ‘DAMAGED’ goods where NO CLAIM in respect thereof has been notified by way of message through Ebay as part of the specified procedure.

All ‘SECOND HAND’ and ‘CLEARANCE’ goods are excluded and cannot be returned. Hardware Shop To You advises caution when buying.

Seller neither assumes nor authorises any other person to assume for it, any other liability in connection with the sale, use or handling of any and all goods specified or contemplated by this contract. No warranty is made with respect to any of these goods which have been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, improper care, improper storage, improper maintenance, abuse or misuse.
