- We add handling time for late payments.
We encourage our customers to communicate with us if there are any unexpected payment issues however H2H HITS holds the right to proceed to open an unpaid case or (high valued cards) cancel the order
Shipping:
- We ship to your PayPal Verified Address.
- All packages are shipped USPS FIRST CLASS, unless specified in the listing or promos
- High valued cards $100 or more and Hobby Boxes are shipped USPS Priority Mail
We do our best to provide the fastest shipment without compromising any card care.
Returns:
- Hobby Boxes: All sales are final. Refunds/exchanges are not accepted.
- H2H is not responsible for any lost mail. We will open a claim and and make a call to the local USPS and call eBay. If you choose not to wait out the process we will issue a refund and intercept shipment. We understand the frustration and inconvenience this may cause and will do everything we can to make sure you have your card.
- Tamper-Proof Foil Seal: All cards that are sealed in our tamper-proof foil seal MUST return the purchased card with the seal INTACT and in original form. A broken seal is NON-REFUNDABLE no matter what the listing has stated. When the seal is broken we are not responsible for the condition of the card
WE ONLY ACCEPT FULL REFUNDS AND RETURNS your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered again please return it to us within 48 hours and we will give you a full refund or replacement, Including postage and packaging.
