Parsley Lemon and Thyme Stuffing Mix - 1kg

A great zesty combination of herbs and citrus fruit, creating a traditional stuffing, with a zingy twist.


Recipe

  • Parsley Lemon and Thyme stuffing mix - 1kg
  • Sausage meat or pork mince - 1kg
  • Water (Iced) - 1kg

Method

  • Empty the stuffing dry mix into a mixing bowl.
  • Add 15g melted butter for every 150g of stuffing mix (optional)
  • Add 1kg of water and mix thouroughly
  • Add pork mince or sausage meat and knead until evenly mixed together.
  • Allow stuffing to firm up (approx 15 mins)


For smaller batches

  • Add 250g stuffing mix to 250g mince meat.
  • Add 250g water to mixture and mix until combined


Cooking Suggestion

Insert the stuffing into the meat and follow the recommended cooking instructions

Alternatively form the stuffing mixture into balls, place them onto a greased baking tray and cook in a pre-heated oven (approx 200°C/Gas mark 6) for 20 minutes.

  • International postage is charged at a competitive rate.
  • If for any reason the items ordered are not in stock there may be a delay of up to two days however we will always notify the customer in this case.

  • If the customer wishes to return an item they no longer require it will be at the buyers expense. We don't believe in charging a restocking fee however refunds on returned items will only be given if the items are in saleable condition and have not been opened. As we sell food products, any opened items being returned will be rejected as they cannot be re-sold.
  • Return authorisation must be requested through eBay messaging within 14 days of receiving the item.
