We recently acquired three vintage maps that would have been used by the US military in the 1930s. This is the largest at 59x 37. This one titled Special Map for Air Corps Problems. A very big map with the only damage being a stain near the middle fold and a missing piece near Washington DC. These maps were probably used for military training. I believe the storage wrinkles can be ironed out. These came with a large number of photos and personal items from an enlisted solder of the 1920s and 1930s, who went on to become an officer in WW2. Enlarge each picture and judge the condition for yourself. Will be folded back into the shape it has been stored for 80 years for shipping purposes.
