This item has been in my family for years. I am sure it is a rare collector piece judging from the prices on eBay.  This is the best price on the internet . Note: It is old and it is used. See photos and you determine condition. The spinner, plastic dot piece, and the instructions appear to be in pretty good shape. The top of the box is not in good shape. See photos.
